To reset your password -
If you still have an active identity on your mobile device? if so then you can
Open the secureidentity app up
Select Edit my details
Enter your email address - Select Sign IN
Click on green tick then enter your 4 digit PIN
Click OK to confirm Sign IN - then Continue
on the right side of the screen you will see a link under "connection and security"
titled - I want to change my password.
Follow on the screen instructions.
Otherwise please go to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/introducing-govuk-verify/introducing-govuk-verify
and look for another option to Verify your identity.
