I did not receive my T code

 

Please go through the following check list:

Double check that you have typed the correct phone number as shown on screen below

Check that your device is currently in a good network coverage area.

Check the correct flag (UK) is used with the contact phone number.

If you are outside the UK you may need to contact us to check that we are able to send a text to the country you are in.

Check your phone setting in not in Flight Mode status.

Click the option of "I didn't receive the security code". This will then display the option to send another code by then clicking on "Resend me the security code text message".

Restart your phone.

With some network providers, it is known to have taken three attempts and 10 minutes later to receive the T code.
