List Incomplete

If you receive the error on your Simple-Sign-In-App that states "List Incomplete, your card list may be incomplete as some or all servers failed to respond" please completely close down the app and open it again to refresh the connections to our servers. You can do this by following the instructions below.

iOS Device

  • Double tap the home button located on the bottom front of you device

  • This will bring up the list of apps that you have open on your device, locate the SecureIdentity Simple-Sign-In App and then, using your finger, swipe up to close it.

        

  • Once closed return to your home screen and re-open the SecureIdentity Simple-Sign-In App it should appear as the below image, ready for you to sign in.

Android Device

  • Tap on the task manager button on your Android device, it will look like the below image

  • This will bring up the list of apps that you have open on your device, locate the SecureIdentity Simple-Sign-In App and then, using your finger, swipe left or right to close it.



  • Once closed return to your home screen and re-open the SecureIdentity Simple-Sign-In App it should appear as the below image, ready for you to sign in.
