You may have to repair your SecureIdentity in the following cases:
- You have forgotten your PIN code and your account password, and you are not able to sign in anymore.
- Deleted the SecureIdentity within the simple-sign-in app
- Your account is locked out due to submission of information or incorrect password too many times
To repair your identity to https://secureidentity.co.uk/my-account/ and select the option to "Repair my identity". You will need a new email address as your original email address is still held on the system.
This is essentially a new registration and you will need to re-enter all your identity evidence and personal details.
Once you have completed your registration and successfully activated your SecureIdentity, the previously registered identity will be erased.
You can then sign in again with your new email address.
