You may have to repair your SecureIdentity in the following case:
- You have forgotten your PIN code and your recovery password, and you are not able to sign in anymore.
To repair your identity you will have to re-register with your identity documents as you did before.
Once you have completed your registration and successfully activated your SecureIdentity, the previously registered identity will be erased.
You can then sign in again with your new SecureIdentity.
