Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password this can be reset by going to

My Account then Update my details. You will need to have a valid digital identity on your mobile device.

You will then need to sign in to your account using the SecureIdentity app and select the I want to change my password option and follow on the screen instructions. 

If you no longer have the app on your device and have forgotten your password you will need to perform an Identity Repair
