You can perform an ID repair. However, the verification questions will be more complex. Go to secureidentity.co.uk and select sign in/register and you will be prompted to perform ID repair. You'll find instructions to guide you through the next steps.

OR

You can delete your account then register again after a 30 day cooling off period. Go to secureidentity.co.uk, select 'My Account' and sign in. Then select 'delete my account'. You'll find instructions to guide you through the next steps. After 30 days you can create another account using the same personal details.
