I’ve changed my phone AND the phone number

If you are in possession of your old number and have a valid digital identity then go to 

https://secureidentity.co.uk/my-account/ Select My Account and

click on Changed Mobile, otherwise

please click on Repair my identity. You will need to have a second email address as the original email is used (by you) This is essentially a re registration journey

If all else fail, your best option is to try to Verify using one of the other certified providers, please see list below:

1. Barclays

2. Digidentity (may not require a mobile device)

3. Experian (does not require a mobile device)

4. Post Office (can also Verify EU Citizens)

Alternatively, you can contact the government department direct for the service you require, Stating that you were not able to verify online.
