The system has rejected my Account Password

If you are registering and creating a password then, your chosen password may not contain the necessary requirements. Try a different password ensuring it has at least 8 characters including:

  • 1 capital letter
  • 1 lower case letter
  • 1 number.


If you are trying to sign in, and forgot your password then you may have two options:

If you have an active identity on your mobile device and know your PIN then you can open the SecureIdentity app, click on update my details, enter your email address, confirm your PIN and on the left hand pane, you will find a link to change or create a new password.

If you do not remember your PIN or do not have an active identity on your mobile device then your best option is to go to

Select Repair my identity. You will need a new email address as the old one is already registered in the system (by you)

This is essentially a re registration so have your three evidence documents to hand.
