I have not received the email security code

Check that the email address you’ve given is correct. If it is, check your spam/junk folder as our email may be there. It may take a few minutes for the email to appear.

This security code is only valid for 15 minutes after we send it.

If you did not receive the code or you received it and it does not work locate and click the option of "I didn't receive the email". This will then display the option to send another code by then clicking on "Resend me the security code". 

If your email is incorrect you can change this by clicking on the "Change my email address" option.
