We hope that creating your SecureIdentity was easy and uncomplicated.  We’re always looking for ways to improve our service, so if you want to make a suggestion, we’d love to hear from you.

We also know that from time to time, things can go wrong. So if our service is not up to standard, we’d really appreciate your comments to be able to fix any problems. We’ll do our best to respond positively and quickly, keeping you informed every step of the way.

The help centre is open:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm (UK time)
Saturday from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm (UK time)
Sunday from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm (UK time)
7 days a week (except UK bank holidays)

Calls from mobile phones cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and must be included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes in the same way. Calls from landlines are typically charged up to 9p per minute; calls from mobiles typically cost between 3p and 40p per minute. Calls from landlines and mobiles are included in free call packages.
