You should check that your device is currently in a good coverage area. If you are outside the UK you may need to contact us to check that we are able to send to the country you are in.
If you did not receive a code or if you received it and it does not work locate and click the option of "I didn't receive the security code". This will then display the option to send another code by then clicking on "Resend me the security code text message".
You need to have also entered in your number correctly.If your number is incorrect you can change it by the same process as above but clicking on "Change my mobile phone number".
